This cheese is a striking orange colour and the aroma is warm and inviting, with sweet notes throughout. The texture is dry, crumbly and granular, due to the intensely long aging period.
The flavour is complex and full of butterscotch, whiskey and pecan flavours that alternate over the palate in waves.
Sold in blocks of 100g so for 100g please put 1 in your basket, for 200g, please put 2 in your basket etc...
