A buttery yellow hard cheese with a creamy texture, which is slightly softer than a typical cheddar.

Aged for 9-12 months for a bold, strong flavour and a well-rounded lingering finish.

Sold in blocks of 100g so for 100g please put 1 in your basket, for 200g, please put 2 in your basket etc...
